My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your item arrives damaged please email us immediately at customerservice@corotosmarket.com . We will replace your product and in case it is sold out we will give you a full refund. If you are home when the package is delivered, we ask that you refuse delivery with the shipping provider.

I have a question about a product? Who should I ask?

How long do I have to return my order?

We offer a refund or exchange for orders received 14 working days from receipt.

How do I return my order?

Just contact us at customerservice@corotosmarket.com to obtain a Returns Authorization. Please include the order number and reasons for return in your email. All returns must be sent via registered and insured mail in their original condition to our returns address. Please read our Return Policy for further information.

Has my order been shipped out yet?

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive confirmation via e-mail, this will include a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We use Braintree as our payment gateway provider; which is both secure and reliable. Braintree allows you to use all major credit cards, we also accept Pay Pal.

Will a product come back in stock?

Our one of a kind products, can naturally not be replaced, but we often find products that are quite similar, so keeping checking back. Our other products will sometimes be restocked. If an item is sold out make sure to get on the wish list and we will notify you if it is restocked.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, both this process and the charges involved with the process we have no control over, therefore we cannot tell you what the cost of this will be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We advise you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
