Return Policy

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving the order. Exchanges will be subject to stock availability and Corotos Market will cover the costs to re-ship the new item.

Refund Details

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original box to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. We highly advise all returns be sent via registered and insured mail to our returns address.  As Corotos Market will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Instructions

Please note, Corotos Market cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are returned without proper authorization. Please follow the steps below in order to receive a Return Authorization.

1. Make sure you have read our Return Policy on this page.
2. Email customerservice@corotosmarket.com, please state your order number and the reason items are being returned.
3. Corotos Market will then email you Return Instructions within 3 business days.
4. Follow the return instructions contained in the email and ship the item back to the address listed within the same email. Please ensure that you repack the product in its original packaging materials. Please do not include any other markings or text on the package except what is specified in our email instructions.

Damages or Defective Goods:

Most Corotos Market products are handmade by craftsmen and there may be slight variations in size, color, texture and finish may occur; we do not consider these flaws. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damages within 24 hours of delivery, and we will replace damaged items promptly. When emailing us at customerservice@corotosmarket.com, please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail or receipt, and contact telephone number. In case the product is sold out, we will give you a full refund. If there is any damage to the packaging or product on delivery, refuse the order and contact us immediately.
